Here at Goodman we offer 5 types of Energy Savings Agrrements to choose from.
Every home and customer's situation is different and with the selection available, there is a plan that's right for every home and business.
Bronze ESA
Sold only with our new installations. This plan includes whole house plumbing coverage, even though we just installed new HVAC equipment in the home. This just means that if for whatever reason you need a plumber within the coverage period, you will never be charge overtime and you recieve the discounted rates on any repairs needed 24 hours a day. We also return 1 year after the date of installation to do our "Birthday Safety Inspection" on the equipment we installed.
Silver ESA
This agreement is for plumbing only. We have several customers at this level who perhaps use baseboad heating in the winter and window units for summer cooling. However we do an annual whole house plumbing inspection and dye test toilets. This allows us to catch plumbing leaks and other potential problems in crawl spaces and other areas of the home that many homeowners rarely visit or might never even notice.

Gold ESA
This plan includes the Silver plan and adds the added coverage of the HVAC system(s) in the home. We perform 2 semi annual tune-ups on the home heating & cooling system in addition to the plumbing coverage. No overtime charges, 20% discount off our regular daily rates and a 2% dicount on replacment systems. (up to $400 per system)
Platinum ESA (Full Coverage Agreement) $$ BEST VALUE
This is by far our most popular agreement. This plan as with all our plans can be billed monthly, and includes both the Silver and Gold Plans. In addition to the coverages in those plans, you never pay anything additional for service calls and repairs. You are guarnteed service within 24 hours of the inital call for service, and that's right....you pay nothing! All parts, labor and materials needed to make the repair are included.
All systems are subject to inspection, to determine if it qualifies for full coverage
Compressors, Heat exchangers, and Coils are exempt from this coverage. Any repairs needed as a result of abuse, neglect or acts of God is defined as lighting, flood ect are not covered.
Commercial
This plan is for commercial HVAC equipment, Chillers and large Boiler systems. All are subject to pre-inspection to determine the type and nature of coverage needed.
We have semi annual and quarterly agreements available on most all types commercial equipment.
Filter change only visits and complete maintence tune-ups.
All ESA plans can be billed monthly to your checking account, credit /debit card with our EZ PAY or you can pre-pay upfront for the year. Take advantage of our EZ PAY and save 10% over our once a year pre-pay option.
